Licence & refunds

In one line:use Productshots for your own products and for your clients as much as you like; don't resell or give away the library itself.

You can

• Use the prompts, settings and reference images to create images for your own products, listings and brands.
• Use them to create images for clients, including as a paid service (photography, staging, marketing, agency work).
• Edit, combine and adapt the prompts, and keep using everything you generate — the images you make are yours.
• Use the example images on this site and in the pack in your own mockups, pitches and internal docs.
• Share up to three prompts publicly (a post, a tutorial), with a link to useproductshots.com.

You can't

• Resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the library, its prompts, JSON, project files or image kit, whole or in part, free or paid.
• Publish the prompts in another prompt library, marketplace, template pack, course or app.
• Use the example images as your own product photos — they show fictional, unbranded products.

Seats

One purchase covers one person, or one company with up to five people working on the same brands or clients.

Virtual staging disclosure

Many markets and listing services require virtually staged or edited listing photos to be labelled, and the unedited photo to be available. You are responsible for following the rules where you list.

Refunds

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't downloaded the pack yet. Email hello@useproductshots.comwith your receipt. Because the product is a download, we can't refund after the first download, but if something is broken we'll fix it.

Third-party models

Productshots isn't affiliated with Google, OpenAI or ByteDance. Model names are used to describe compatibility. Your use of those models is governed by their terms.
